Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all our orders with DHL Express. In our experience, they deliver on time and offer good delivery terms for you. After a failed delivery attempt, the courier will get in tocuh with you to agree on an acceptable delivery time.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally to every country with the exception of Russia, Iceland and Argentina.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

  • Spain: 1-2 working days
  • Europe: 2-3 working days
  • North America: 2-4 working days
  • South America: 3-6 working days
  • Middle East: 3-6 working days
  • Asia: 4-7 working days
  • Australia: 4-7 working days

  • Please allow a few extra days during peak shopping times such as Christman. Also please note that customs in your country may delay the shipment for any reasons outside of our control.

    Shipping & Customs

    We offer free shipping worldwide with your order over 50€. However, at times we muy have promotions that grant you free shipping with lesser values.
    Please note that if your shipment needs to go through customs in your country, you may be charged an additional amount by them. Unfortunately this is not something we can foresee; however, it rarely happens.

    How do I place an Order?

    To buy a product, simply add an item to your cart and follow the checkout instructions for shipping details and payment. Our team is available to help you by email, phone and Whatsapp.

    How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as you can to nofity us of any desired changes. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a change or cancelation will be possible after order placement, especially if your order has already departed.

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    No, you don't need to register. You are free to checkout as a guest. However, we reccommend signing up to our mailing list to stay updated about promotions and new collection launches!

    How Do I Track My Order?

    You will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please contact us if you need any additional information.
