We accept exchanges for an item of the same or more value within 15 days of delivery of your item.

Christmas purchases can be exchanged until the 15th of January 2019. You would need to notify us of your intentions of returning the item by the 15th, and the item would need to be shipped back to us within 4 days of our acceptance.

The process is very simple: (1) Tell us what you want to return, and why, through our contact page. (2) We confirm the return (3) You ship it to us within 4 days (4) We inspect the item and compare it against the images taken during our internal quality check upon packing. (5) We confirm the exchange.

If the item you received is faulty, you must notify us on the day the item is delivered to you.

In case a refund is applicable, shipping charges may be deducted. If you paid for shipping, fees are non-refundable. This condition does not apply for defective items.
